Hello,

It's nice to 'meet' you. My grandmother has had me reading the cartoons of our local newspaper since I was old enough to sound out words. Even at 34, married with 2, 1 in high school, I still stop to read the funnies.

I have book-marked all of my favorites and make it a point to read them everyday. There are 25 of them and as geeky as it seems they are even ranked.

Every now and then, I go out looking for new ones to read. I add a couple to my list and give them a couple of weeks to amuse me. Most of them dissappoint. But yours was quick to get into. It is well written, with identifyiable characters. It is witty, relevant and timely without being preachy.

I'm not looking for the meaning of life in my cartoons, I'm just looking to be entertained. And you cleverly provide that day in and day out.

It took me a while to realize your main character was gay, but I had my suspicions since she acts like my best friend who is also gay.

She's 2000 miles away in Montana and reading your cartoon is like having her here. I told her about your strip, but she doesn't have an internet connection yet.

Anyways, you are very talented and have even entered my top 10 which means you get read everyday, no matter how busy I get. In case you care about the company you're in, 10 Jane's World, 9 Dilbert, 8 Dennis the Menace, 7 Blondie, 6 Mutts, 5 Calvin and Hobbs, 4 Zits, 3 Luanne, 2 Peanuts, 1 For Better or For Worse.

I know it's not the Nobel Prize, but I write as a hobby and I know what it means to me when someone sincerely enjoys my work. To me, a thoughtful comment about my words is as big as an Oscar. I sincerely enjoy your work, Miss Braddock.

Hi! I LOVE your strip. I read it everyday while
I should be working. My girlfriend says I only like it 'cause Chelle reminds me of my ex but I have other reasons. Are there books out I might find? I'd love to read the whole thing beginning to present. Is there any chance of getting Jane and Chelles relatioship and break up on the archive page?

I really love your comic. The Contra Costa Times does not carry it but I will send them an email about you - very funny stuff.

Dear Ms. Paige,
I have 2 words for your art: bril lient! One would not think a comic strip would have a big impact on someone as myself...but I relate to your Jane on the human level, and her situations and can always use the "tear-jerking" laugh! Thanks for providing that!

Ethan should make Jane that spaghetti that he's been promising her while he
is still gainfully unemployed. This recipe is more like Rick's speed.
